How it works
You pick the movie. We do literally everything else.
Step 1 — Check your date
Send your date, city, guest count and a photo of your space. We confirm availability and send a flat, all-in quote. A $99 deposit holds the date.
Step 2 — We plan your layout
We plan placement for our 150-inch framed cinema screen — never an inflatable screen — check your power situation, and confirm your start time against actual sunset for your date.
Step 3 — We install in the afternoon
Our crew arrives, builds the 150-inch framed screen, runs and tapes every cord, hangs the string lighting, stages the floats, and tests picture and sound end to end.
Step 4 — Handoff, then we leave
We confirm everything is working, show you how to start, pause and adjust your movie, and give you a direct phone number to call if any issue comes up. Then we leave — the night is yours.
Step 5 — Showtime, after dark
Projection is always best after full dark — typically 9PM or later in Florida, a little earlier in winter. We don't recommend starting a cinema party earlier in the day, because daylight washes out the picture.
Step 6 — Next-morning collection
You keep the setup all night. Once the movie ends, move the projector and screen somewhere covered so the elements can't reach them, and we'll return the next morning to collect everything.
